Orders / Shipping

Any order made after 12pm UK time will be processed the next day.

The address information you provide to us is copied directly into our shipping software. Thus, please check your order submissions carefully. We will not be held responsible for the inevitable consequences resulting from address, postcode, zip code, and other shipping-information errors made by the client.

Please allow 1-2 days (UK) 1-2 days (Europe) and 1-2 days (International) for skin care products to be delivered. Please allow 7–10 days for virgin hair / braiding hair orders to be delivered. All orders will be posted via special delivery. Please note that during SALE campaigns, delivery times may be extended. Orders are only posted/shipped between Monday to Thursday.

Orders are processed and posted daily via Royal Mail for UK and Ireland, and DHL for international orders. For international orders a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been posted. Should the items you wish to purchase be out of stock you will be notified immediately of the new delivery date.
You will be required to select your shipping location on checkout. If you fail to select the correct shipping location then your order will be delayed.

International shipping Returns Policy

There is no return or exchange on international orders. Please note that we do not take responsibility regarding additional custom and duty fees applied.

Payment

Diva World Hair & Beauty LTD uses PayPal to process customers online payments. It is 100% SECURE and you don't need a PayPal account to place an order. You can use any major credit/debit card to pay for your products. After you submit your order you will be directed to PayPal to make payment. Failure to make payment will be classed as a cancelled order.

For customers who wish to make bespoke orders, please contact us directly to place an order and request bank account details.

Order Changes
Please take time to carefully review your final order, which will be sent to you by email. If any mistakes are noticed or if you wish to change any details, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to re-order.
